Jeremy took my home on the market and found a buyer over the weekend; he worked diligently with the bank and the sale was finalized within a month (!!!) He is incredible! He also sold my friend’s home a few months later who was ecstatic! Jeremy is the best in San Diego! Hands-down!

In California, you can find Realtors on every corner but very few will really do the extra step to make sure you get the “right” house. My experience with Mr. Sli was unique to say the least. He various time recommended NOT to buy , property I thought was , good deal, because of reasons I could not see but he could (based on his experience). His knowledge and dedication to make sure I was coming out as a winner on the deal…really made me feel confident. So I ended up buying 3 houses with him and because of his persistence and negotiation skills… all the properties went up in value since. So yes I strongly recommend Jeremy… to anybody that is truly looking for someone that will have their best interest in mind.

Jeremy Sli is a wonderful real estate agent and is a pleasure to work with. He knows his stuff and provided excellent guidance all through the selling process. I had moved out of the country and was renting my home, but was facing tenant non-payment issues. In desperation, I turned to Jeremy to help me list the house on a short-sale. He negotiated with the renter, found a buyer in a matter of days and handled the whole sale process. He not only listed and sold the house, but also helped resolve issues with the renter.
